Description
AJDIR is a spiced tea inspired by the mountainous regions of the Atlas.
Its name means mountain in Tamazight, referring to territories where climate, terrain, and local resources shape customs. The blend highlights spices and ingredients selected for their role and balance, including saffron from Taliouine, used sparingly.
A tea designed for cold periods, break times and shared moments, where the drink accompanies the discussion and is part of a continuity of passed-down gestures.
AJDIR offers a contemporary reading of these uses: structured, profound, faithful to a culture of measurement and time.

DOSAGE PRÉCIS
An Amazigh ritual
In the Atlas Mountains, ingredients are never chosen at random. Each one serves a specific purpose , passed down through experience, depending on the time, the dish, or the need.
→ Taliouine saffron is reserved for special occasions. Rehydrated in a little warm water, it is used in dishes for guests and celebrations. In very small quantities, it is also valued for its calming and mood-boosting properties.
→ Cinnamon , added whole and then removed before serving, complements sweet and savory dishes. It is also used to aid slow digestion and periods of fatigue.
→ Ginger is a great addition to hot dishes, especially in cold weather or after exercise. It is known to aid digestion and warm the body.
→ Cardamom , opened by hand just before use, flavors certain dishes and drinks. It is also used to aid digestion and freshen breath.
→ Cloves , present in very small quantities, add structure to simmered dishes. They are traditionally used for their antiseptic properties and to relieve certain pains.
→ Dried and preserved orange peel is added to spice blends for its aromatic and bitter note. It is also used to stimulate the appetite and aid digestion.
AJDIR draws inspiration from this interpretation of the ingredients:
a composition conceived as a set of precise gestures, where each element has a role, a moment and a measure.

ⴰⵊⴷⵉⵔ— The symbol of the mountain
ⴰⵊⴷⵉⵔ means stone, base in Tamazight. It is also the name of mountain places, associated with altitude, steadfastness, and constancy.
The symbol chosen for Ajdir is our interpretation :
→ a simple form, inspired by Amazigh lines, designed to convey stability and rootedness.
For this creation, Ajdir draws on this mountain spirit:
→ a solid base, well-placed spices, an infusion that takes its time.
A structured, deep tea that warms without ever being overpowering.
