1. Where can I buy Maison Amessar products?
Our products are available:
- On our official online store
- On the Ankorstore professional platform (reserved for shops)
We are gradually developing our reseller network.

2. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver:
- In metropolitan France
- In Belgium
- In several countries of the European Union (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg)
For any requests outside of these areas, you can contact us.
3. Do your teas and infusions contain artificial flavorings?
No.
Our blends are composed exclusively of plants, tea leaves, spices and, depending on the recipe, fruits or petals , without the addition of artificial flavors.
The flavors come solely from the ingredients naturally present in the mixture.
4. Are your products certified organic?
Maison Amessar is not certified organic.
However, some ingredients used in our recipes may be organically grown.
When this is the case, it is indicated on the relevant product page.
5. Where do your plants, teas and spices come from?
We select our raw materials from suppliers specializing in food ingredients.
The teas come mainly from Asia, while some plants and spices come from Europe and North Africa, depending on availability and harvests.
Our priority remains the quality and consistency of the assemblies.
6. What are your individual sachets made of?
Our tea bags are made of PLA (polylactic acid) , a plant-based material derived from corn starch.
This material is used as an alternative to nylon or petroleum-based plastic bags.
It is suitable for food contact and compatible with hot infusion.
The assembly elements (wire and label) comply with the standards in force for materials intended for food contact.
7. Do your teas contain caffeine?
Green and black teas naturally contain theine (caffeine).
Herbal infusions, without tea, do not contain it.
Each product description specifies the nature of the mixture.
8. How do I store my teas and infusions?
To preserve the aromas:
- Away from the light
- In a cool, dry place
- Closed tightly after use
9. What are the preparation and delivery times?
Each order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- France : 2 to 4 business days
- Belgium : 3 to 6 business days
- Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg : 3 to 6 business days
A tracking number is sent upon shipment.
10. What delivery methods do you offer?
We work primarily with:

- Colissimo
Free delivery is offered :
-from €50 purchase in France (collection point)
- from €60 in Belgium (collection point)
- from €120 for Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Luxembourg*
*Below this amount, delivery to these countries is offered at a fixed rate of €14.90
11. Can I return a product?
In accordance with the legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for foodstuffs unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Accessories can be returned within the same timeframe, provided they are in perfect condition.
